<p id=”par-3_44″>By mid-April, the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office announced it would not file criminal charges against Paul. Paul and Mortensen have each filed protective orders against the other, and the two have remained locked in an ongoing custody dispute over their son, Ever.</p>

Initially, it looked like she and Mortensen would sit out season 5. Now, with the dust mostly cleared from her legal drama, she’s back on set. The filming of intro credits, however, suggests her pre-existing scenes, sans Mortensen, will likely make it into the season’s limited episode count.</p>
