<p id=”par-3_50″>The couple began dating in 2020, but they started out as friends first and bonded over their grief of losing a parent at a young age. Woods’ father, John Woods, passed away in 2017 following a cancer diagnosis, and Towns’ mother, Jacqueline Cruz-Towns, died from COVID-19 complications in 2020. </p>

Photos they posted on Instagram captured the moment.
