Harry Styles is officially engaged to Zoë Kravitz, popping the question with a huge $1,000,000 (£741,000) ring.
People confirmed the good news after speculation erupted online when Zoë, 37, was spotted with a rather large but very blurry diamond on her finger.
The Batman actress has reportedly been showing off the sparkling rock to ‘a small circle’ of close friends, basking in their bubble before going public.
Despite being two of the most famous people on the planet, Harry and Zoë have kept fairly private when it comes to their relationship.
Pictures have finally dropped, showing off the stunning ring as she walked around New York City days after kissing the Aperture singer goodbye.
It’s been eight months since they were first spotted together, and sources have claimed Harry is absolutely ‘smitten’.
Unlike some previous parasocial responses, fans were flocking to defend Zoë from ‘misogynistic’ comments regarding the romance.
A parasocial relationship refers to when someone feels like they know — and potentially has some kind of relationship with — someone they’ve never met or spoken to. Typically, it’s used to describe how some people feel towards celebrities.
When posting the good news, one active member of the Harry subreddit said: ‘Just remember everyone! Please be polite and appropriate towards both Harry and Zoë!

That feeling was echoed throughout his fans, who defended their relationship from any nay-sayers who popped up in the comments.
‘Teenage directioner in me is jealous but adult me is happy he found someone 💕,’ yourpetgoldfish wrote on Reddit.
‘So happy for him! I wish him a loooong and happy marriage and whatever his heart desires,’ GeneralBody4252 added. ‘That said, I’m also hoping he decides to accompany his fiancée to the Met Gala, since she’s part of the committee this year…’
The Met Gala is set to take place on Monday, May 4, with the Caught Stealing actress co-chairing the host committee with Anthony Vaccarello.

Some did try to joke that they ‘give it a year’ but were met with swift shut downs, with one person saying: ‘Imagine being this person instead of just being happy.’
When previously talking about parasocial relationships with Metro, Dr David Giles shared: ‘We often tend to think of parasocial relationships as the preserve of individual saddoes worshipping at a shrine in the bedroom.
‘But the vast majority are probably as committed to the fandom as to the media figure – it would be hard for them to disassociate the two.’
He explained that usually fanbases will weed out more extreme responses for the preservation of the group.
Largely, the romance has been met with excitement from Harry’s fans, given Zoë’s own fanbase had some crossover anyway.
While Harry and Zoë have not publicly spoken about their rumoured romance, the High Fidelity actress and One Direction singer have barely been apart since summer.
Most photographed dates featured hand-holding and walks in various cities, as well as a first public smooch outside her hotel as he waved her off in a car.
Zoë was adorably wearing Harry’s merch at the time, with the word ‘Kiss’ emblazoned on the front of the cap, in honour of his latest number one album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally.
