Tyrese Maxey’s New Girlfriend Used to Date This NFL Player

<p id=”par-1_46″>The Philadelphia 76ers selected Tyrese Maxey with the 21st pick in the first round of the 2020 <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/sports/?swcfpc=1″>NBA</a> Draft. Maxey’s minutes were limited in his rookie season. However, Ben Simmons’ refusal to play for the team the following season gave Maxey an opportunity to become the Sixers <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/celebrity-athletes/?swcfpc=1″>starting point guard</a>.</p>

<p id=”par-2_57″>Since then, Maxey has really elevated his game. He made his first All-Star team in 2023-24 season before being named the NBA’s Most Improved Player. Now that he’s gained popularity and recognition outside the City of Brotherly Love, fans are trying to learn about his life off the court too including who he’s in a relationship with. </p>

<p id=”par-4_23″>Gordon was born on Nov. 12, 2001, to parents Myron and Kim in Fort Worth, Texas. She has two siblings, Alexis and Myron. </p>

<p id=”par-5_70″>After graduating from L.D. Bell High School, Gordon played collegiate basketball at the University of Alabama and was part of a Crimson Tide team that had three straight postseason berths. She also attended Pepperdine University and played for that team. Both her mother and father played at the college level as well for Texas Christian University (TCU)as did her sister, Alexis, first for UConn before finishing her career at Duke. </p>

<p id=”par-6_29″>Gordon earned her bachelor’s degree from Alabama and her master’s degree in real estate from Pepperdine. She now works as a realtor for clientele in the entertainment and sports industries.</p>

<p id=”par-7_39″>In August 2023, Gordon was seen with Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young as he headed to training camp. But the following year on Sept. 16, 2024, she was in the stands with Maxey watching another football team play. </p>

<p id=”par-8_53″>Cameras captured the Sixers star and Gordon taking in a Philadelphia Eagles Monday Night Football game together and fans became convinced they were an item. That’s because earlier in the month people were buzzing after Maxey was featured in a <a href=”https://www.tiktok.com/@myrachristina/video/7411305754583633198?is_from_webapp=1&sender_device=pc&web_id=7327662256715908654″ target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>TikTok video</a> video Gordon posted during a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. </p>

<p id=”par-9_21″>And in one pic from that trip, she captioned a snap of them on a quad together writing: “In good company.”</p>

<p id=”par-11_54″>And while the two didn’t confirm their romance then, Gordon posted a sweet birthday shoutout in November when they went Instagram official writing: “Happy birthday to my best friend. It has been a blessing to watch you grow up into such an amazing man, and I can’t explain how lucky I am to have you.”</p>

<p id=”par-12_30″>There has been some good news recently for Young and that is at least he won his starting job back with the Panthers midway through the 2024 NFL season. </p>
