Vogue Williams has shared her thoughts on the scandal involving Katie Price’s husband, Lee Andrews, who has been missing for two weeks

Katie, 48, has not heard from Lee since May 13, when he FaceTimed her to say he was being held in the back of a van against his will, sparking fears he had been kidnapped.

However, there’s been confusion over his whereabouts as Lee’s father has since claimed that his son was arrested in Dubai

The lack of clarity has attracted conspiracy theories, including that Lee, who is in his early 40s, has been scamming Katie since they married in January, while others have even suggested that the former glamour model is in on it all, which she has denied.

In the latest episode of her podcast Vogue & Amber, Vogue, 40, addressed the controversy and shared her disbelief at the shocking developments.

‘The story just gets more and more mad,’ she said.

The model and presenter added: ‘I don’t know how she meets these lads. You just have to feel sorry for her – I do feel sorry for her.’

When her sister and co-host Amber mentioned the theory that Lee is not a real person but made up with AI, Vogue replied: ‘Oh, people are saying that she’s made him up completely, entirely. I think that he’s a real person, but I think he’s a con artist.’

Vogue also discussed the hot topic in a recent episode of her My Therapist Ghosted Me podcast, and Katie’s previous statement that her ‘downfall’ has always been because of men.

However, Vogue countered: ‘I’m sorry to be a d**k but I don’t think you can blame every problem in your life on a man because you actually have to take a step back, look at yourself and go, ok, what part have I had to play in this, how have I brought myself here?’

Other celebrities have been gripped by Katie’s latest scandal, including Ellie Goulding, who posted on X: ‘This is not fake news, where IS he! We all need to know this information.’

Katherine Ryan also called people out for being ‘so unkind’ to Katie for defending Lee.

‘I think what’s happened is this. She has a rescue syndrome for whatever reason. Being the firstborn, she’s very different to her brother and sister,’ she said on her Telling Everybody Everything podcast.

‘She’s had trauma that mixes things up, but I think she’s also made so many romantic mistakes publicly that this one is so big, she’s fearing: “Oh, if this all comes out and he’s exposed as this scammer, then I look stupider than ever, everyone’s gonna say I’m foolish.”

‘She cannot let that be true. So it’s a mix of like shame and loyalty. She just wants it to be true so badly that she’s constructed this reality where she’s hopeful,’ the comedian reflected.

Katie marked her 48th birthday on Friday without her husband, but was able to spend time with her children, Harvey, 24, Junior, 20, and Princess, 18, with the latter two visiting her at her West Sussex mansion.

A missing persons report has been filed for Lee in Dubai, and it’s said Interpol is also hunting him after Herts police escalated an investigation involving claims from one of his exes.

Everything Lee Andrews has been accused of since marrying Katie Price

Misleading claims of being a multi-millionaire business owner

When Katie named Lee as her new partner, he was selling himself as the CEO of Aura Group Future Urban Travel 2027 and an ‘investor in SpaceX Hybrid Fitness.’

His profile, which had 111k followers, was littered with photos of the entrepreneur in the gym and enjoying the high life in Dubai – also appearing to rub shoulders with Elon Musk and Kim Kardashian.

However, it was all later exposed as a farce – with no information about his company on its website, and his snaps with celebrities appearing to also be AI-generated.

Being banned from leaving Dubai

After meeting and marrying her new husband in Dubai, it came time for Katie to fly home to the UK – however her husband was unable to join her.

This was due to the fact that he’d allegedly served time in Dubai’s Al-Awir central prison for suspected fraud, for allegedly taking out a £200,000 mortgage in his ex-girlfriend’s name without her knowledge.

The UAW bans people facing criminal investigations from leaving the country, however Lee denied he was unable to return to the UK and said there must be some ‘wrong details’.

However, Katie later confirmed he was subjected to a ban, but didn’t clarify why.

Teasing a fake pregnancy

Just a few weeks into their relationship, both Katie and Lee teased they were expecting a baby. After Katie declared she was ‘having his child’ Lee wrote they were a ‘perfect couple soon to be triple’.

At one point, the mum of five even urged her followers to pay £2.99 to find out the results of a pregnancy test.

Despite the attempts to generate publicity, she then confirmed she was not pregnant.

Scamming a string of women

Days after Katie and Lee tied the knot, two of his exes accused him of being a ‘liar, narcissist and manipulator’.

Two months later, it was then reported he’d been begging women for money weeks before he married Katie.

His ex Alana, then shared a post on Instagram calling him the ‘Tinder Swindler’ and claimed multiple women had contacted her saying he’d tried to scam them out of money too.

‘Ghosting’ his wife

After Lee failed to return to the UK last week, Katie revealed she had concerns he’d been kidnapped and then reported him as a missing person.

However, it was then reported that Lee had actually ‘ghosted’ his wife and was ‘squatting in a slightly run-down villa’ in Dubai and using a burner phone.

The publication reported he was ‘frantically planning a route out of this ginormous hole he appears to have buried himself in’.
