The latest episode of Celebrity SAS revealed the moment Lucy Spraggan sustained a gruesome injury.

Last week, Lucy revealed that she ripped her labia while appearing on the current series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.

Now the moment has aired in the show, showing Lucy doubled over in pain, clutching her crotch and telling her fellow celebs: ‘I’ve cut my labia, on the harness, yeah fully it’s bleeding.’

The 34-year-old’s wound was caused by a harness during a stunt, and due to the level of bleeding and intensity of the show, she recalled her ‘dignity had gone’ when the doctor came over to inspect her.

Shetold The Sun: ‘I ripped my labia – it was bad.’

‘That’s not a common injury. Actually, genuinely, that’s never been the same, so much so I’m having some surgery soon to correct it,’ she said, adding that she suspected the harness was ‘too tight’.

In an interview with LadBible, she explained that she was bungee jumping off a viaduct, and the incident happened after she was in free fall for five seconds and came to a halt.

‘You hit that sort of lowest point, obviously there’s quite a lot of like “yank” and I knew that my harness was, in a bit of an odd position, but you’ve got so much adrenaline when stuff like that’s happening, you can’t really be like, ”Oh, can I just move this?”‘

She added that she knew immediately something was wrong: ‘I knew straight away that, like, that was a sincere amount of pain and it was f***ing sincere pain.

‘In midair, I was trying to, like, pull on the rope, so like to pull up to relieve some of the tension, in the harness.’

She said that once the task was over, she took herself to some bushes to check out the extent of the injury.

‘I looked and there was just blood and I was like “oh s**t”. The doctor, she was behind me, and she came up to me and was like “Lucy, are you okay?”

‘I turned around, and I sort of like, had my hands and she was like “Oh my God. I thought it was your leg”.’

Lucy also emphasised that she found it shocking how much people cared about her injury, particularly given that men frequently complain about their testicles.

‘I just think that it’s kind of crazy that men are always like, “Oh, my balls, my balls, my balls,” the second that a woman is like, I’ve got a vulva [it’s a big news story].’

Sadly for poor Lucy, this vulva tear wasn’t the only injury the star suffered during filming for the series; she also almost knocked a tooth out, fainted and landed face-first in the sea after attempting to jump from a helicopter into a boat.

This left her with a black eye for her wedding day in June 2024 and forced her to have filler from under her eye dissolved after she ‘hit the sea so hard my filler migrated to the side of my face’.

This year’s series was shot in Wales, the home of the first phase of SAS selection in real life.

Six contestants remain in the show after eight have voluntarily withdrawn or been culled.

Remaining participants being guided through gruelling challenges by the elite team of ex-Special Forces soldiers, Chief Instructor Billy Billingham and his team of Directing Staff (DS) – Foxy (Jason Fox), Rudy Reyes and Chris Oliver – include, Drag Race UK star Bimini Bon-Boulash, former Love Islander Adam Collard, and former footballer Troy Deeney.

Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins continues on Sunday at 9pm on Channel 4.
