In her caption, Baldwin revealed that she underwent hip surgery at 25, a setback that continues to shape her approach to fitness and gratitude.
âBroke my hip when I was 25 and couldnât walk well for the better part of a year. You can see the scar on the outside of my hip. It took me years to recover and to be quite honest, it will never be the same,â she wrote. âMoving for me isnât just fun, grounding and how I feel good, itâs daily gratitude.â

Life With Alec Baldwin & Seven Kids
Hilaria married actor Alec Baldwin in 2012, and the couple has since welcomed seven children together, the youngest born in 2022. Alec is also dad to daughter Ireland, 28, with ex-wife Kim Basinger. And while Alec has hinted at wanting even more kids, Hilaria has admitted sheâs reached her limit. âTheyâre so cute,â she told People earlier this year, âbut my bodyâs really tired.â
A New Project With Daughter Carmen
Beyond yoga and family life, Baldwin is stepping into a new chapter with her oldest daughter, Carmen. The 11-year-old and her mom, who co-wrote a skincare book earlier this year, are now teaming up for a podcast.
Titled “Growing Up Together”, the mother-daughter project will launch next month in partnership with Evio Creative, People exclusively revealed on 18th August.
Hilaria explained that with the podcast, she & Carmen hope to highlight how parents grow just as much as their children while navigating the journey of raising them.
