<p id=”par-2_59″>The prequel series <em>The Terminal List: Dark Wolf </em>explores the life of <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/friday-night-lights-taylor-kitsch-drank-beer-during-his-audition-then-another.html/”>Taylor Kitsch</a>’s Ben Edwards character before the events of<em> The Terminal List</em>. The espionage thriller follows his journey from the military to the clandestine side of CIA Special Operations. In the process, it “explores the darker side of warfare and the human cost that comes with it.”</p>

<p id=”par-3_46″>On Tuesday, Amazon dropped the first teaser for the new show, which will also feature <em>The </em><a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/the-terminal-list-chris-pratt-got-the-show-because-of-zero-dark-thirty.html/”><em>Terminal List </em>star Chris Pratt</a> reprising his role as James Reece. In the video, we see Edwards and Reece in combat in Afghanistan, where they formed their bond of “brotherhood.” </p>
<p id=”par-4_8″>Later, a man approaches Edwards in a bar. </p>
<p id=”par-5_26″>“I need two shooters for a time-sensitive op,” he says. “I’m offering you a chance to finish what you started. To keep your brothers from danger.”</p>
<p id=”par-6_46″>In addition to Kitsch and Pratt, the cast includes Tom Hopper as Raife Hastings, Robert Wisdom as Jed Haverford, Luke Hemsworth as Jules Landry, Dar Salim as Mohammed Farooq, Rona-Lee Shimon as Eliza Perash, Shiraz Tzarfati as Tal Varon, and Jared Shaw as Ernest ‘Boozer’ Vickers. </p>

<p id=”par-7_16″>In a statement, Kitsch said that exploring his <em>Terminal List </em>character’s origin story “was a blast.” </p>
<p id=”par-8_78″>“This season goes even deeper – there’s more grit, more heart, and a lot more on the line. It’s raw, it’s honest, and it really lets you see the heart of who he is,” he added. “I have so much respect for the military and SEAL community and loved showing their brotherhood, the things you fight to hold onto, and just letting it all play out. I think fans are going to have a great time with it<em>.”</em></p>
<p id=”par-9_24″>The first three episodes of <em>The Terminal List: Dark Wolf </em>premiere Wednesday, August 27, on Prime Video. New episodes release weekly through September 24. </p>
