But one name who seems to be drawing a great deal of attention is Angry Ginge, who is gaining notoriety for being this year’s dark horse.
For those who aren’t aware of the streamer, who has become a Gen Z icon in recent years, AngryGinge boasts millions of followers across several different accounts online.

And with the ITV show seemingly targeting a younger audience, following the inclusions of social media stars such as GK Barry and Nella Rose, the young streamer could soon be a household name.

Who is Angry Ginge – and what’s his real name?
Angry Ginge, whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle, is a 23-year-old English Twitch streamer and YouTuber.
He is primarily known for creating both FIFA and football-related content.
Born in Manchester, Angry Ginge has a number of celebrity friends in the world of sports.
This includes former England skipper Wayne Rooney, with whom he formerly played FIFA with, and darts ace Luke Littler.
Of course, you may be wondering why he’s called Angry Ginge? Well ,he’s never directly addressed i,t but you have to imagine it’s because of his red hair.
Angry Ginge’s Twitch/YouTube career and net worth
So far in his career, he has amassed more than 1.3 million followers on Twitch and 818,000 subscribers on YouTube.
He was also nominated for Best Sports Streamer at the 2024 Streamer Awards.
With over three million fans across TikTok and Instagram, he certainly has the following, and his booking is a no-brainer after GK Barry’s success in 2024.
It is also said that his net worth is estimated to be over £1million.
Where you might’ve seen Angry Ginge before
Ahead of his appearance on the 25th series of I’m A Celebrity, Angry Ginge has been in a number of different reality shows.
Towards the start of his career, he appeared as a contestant on the first season of Inside, a reality competition show which aired on YouTube.
He is also known for participating in several football charity matches, such as the Sidemen Charity Match and Soccer Aid, where he earned Man of the Match.
On top of this, he was introduced to fans on a celebrity episode of Gogglebox alongside darts sensation Littler.

Angry Ginge is reportedly the third-highest-earning star on I’m a Celeb 2025. It’s been claimed ITV has paid the rapper £100,000 to take part in the reality show.
Angry Ginge’s comments on joining I’m A Celebrity
Discussing this year’s upcoming series of I’m A Celebrity, the social media star seems extremely excited.
Despite not liking spiders, Angry Ginge had no hesitation when it came to saying yes to ‘a bucket list item’.
To take part in it this year is something I couldn’t pass up on,’ he said, while he acknowledged being without his phone will be a wakeup call.
‘I’ve been away once for a week. And so, two to three weeks without it
is going to be very educational to see how I will do,’ he admitted.

He’s also had to cut down on his daily energy drink consumption from two to one, and he’s a little nervous at the idea of sleeping outside.
He confessed: ‘The closest I’ve ever done to this is The Duke of Edinburgh Bronze award. And that didn’t go down well, so I haven’t got the best of confidence coming into this.
‘And the most people I have ever lived with are my mum and sister.’
