Three days ago, on January 1, 2026, the daughter of Hollywood actor Tommy Lee Jones passed away. Victoria Kafka Jones, 34, was found unresponsive in a room on the 14th floor of the Fairmont San Francisco, California. Her cause of death has not yet been made public.
Per E! News, Tommy Lee Jones and his family released a statement regarding Victoria’s passing. It read, “We appreciate all of the kind words, thoughts, and prayers.” The statement continued, “Please respect our privacy during this difficult time.”
Victoria was an actress in her own right. Her credits include several of her father’s movies, including the 2002 sci-fi comedy “Men in Black II,” the 2005 contemporary Western “The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada,” and the 2014 period drama “The Homesman” (per IMDb). She leaves behind her aforementioned dad, her mother, Kimberlea Cloughley, her brother, Austin, and her husband.
Who Is Victoria Jones’ Husband?
Victoria Jones’ husband is a man called Navek Ceja. Ceja and Jones lived intentionally private lives away from the spotlight and, truth be told, minimal information is known about him.
What has been reported is that he’s 44 years old and part of the glamorous vineyard-owning Ceja family (per The Daily Mail), which means he is undoubtedly a wealthy man.
He comes from a well-known Mexican-American family who famously own a popular family-run winery, Ceja Vineyards, in Napa and Sonoma â two famous wine regions in California. Navek is widely expected to play a major part in the leadership of the company in the coming years (the website explicitly says, “The next generation represents the future of the wine industry”).
His relationship with Victoria is believed to have been a turbulent one, with stories about their troubles having been reported as recently as 2025. However, he has lost the woman he married and he will undoubtedly be in bereavement following her passing. Navek has, thus far, declined to comment on the situation when media outlets have attempted to contact him.
Navek has no known social media presence, though there is a private Instagram account bearing his name that may or may not be his.

The company has a strong social media presence. That includes an Instagram account with nearly 8,000 followers and a Facebook account with almost 14,000.
If you dig deep enough into the the photo galleries on those accounts, occasional images of Navek Ceja are visible. The embedded post above features him on the far left as you look at it.
We’re sure more information will emerge about Navek Ceja in the coming days. For now, however, he â along with Tommy Lee Jones and his family â should be left alone to grieve.
