Rapper Yung Filly has been found not guilty of three counts of sexual penetration without consent in an Australian court.

Real name Andrés Felipe Valencia Barrientos, the 30-year-old was accused of raping a woman after a performance at a nightclub in Perth, Australia, in 2024.

Barrientos denied choking and slapping the woman, as had been alleged, but he said he did bite her, telling the court: ‘In England, we would call it a love bite.’

While the court found him not guilty on three of the six counts, the jury was hung over the other three counts of rape.

He was found guilty of two counts of assault but not guilty of the strangulation or bodily harm charge.

Barrientos will return to court on August 21, remaining on bail until then, for sentencing.

It will be up to the prosecutors to decide if they move forward with the three charges the jury was undecided on.
