A few weeks ago, Nina Dobrev and Shaun White announced that they’d ended their relationship. Shaun and Nina started dating in 2019 and got engaged in October 2024. A lot of their relationship was long distance, which they were open about. There was gossip about why they broke up, but neither side has confirmed anything. Now, there’s speculation that Nina’s moved on. Over the weekend, she was papped on a yacht in Italy with Chase Crawford, Miles Teller, Kaleigh Teller, and Zac Efron. And, oh yes, there are pictures of Nina looking very flirty with Zac. Like, very flirty.

On Saturday, September 20, Deux Moi shared photos of Efron, 37, and Dobrev, 36, onboard a yacht, alongside Chase Crawford and Miles Teller and Kaleigh Teller. In one photo, the floral-dress-clad Vampire Diaries star looked especially cozy as she and Efron, sporting a white backwards cap and white button-up shirt, appeared to talk about something on her phone.
Neither Efron or Debrov have publicly shared the nature of their relationship. Us Weekly has reached out to representatives for both for comment.The outings come one week after Debrov and Shaun White ended their five-year relationship on September 11. In the days following their split, an insider told Us that infidelity did not play a role in the two ending their engagement.
I had honestly forgotten that Nina and Shaun were a couple until they announced that they’d broken up. If Nina is looking for a rebound, then Zac Efron isn’t the worst person to rebound with, especially on a yacht. Bleached hair aside, he’s easy on the eyes and seems like he’d be DTF, no string attached. I mean…get it, Nina. Or don’t get it. You do you, and protect your peace.
While we’re on the subject, can I just say how much I love Nina’s dress in those pictures? It feels so early 2000s, and I’m pretty sure that I used to have a dress just like it. Also, who are Miles and Kaleigh Teller not friends with? I feel like they are the quintessential social hosts that have several different groups of friends. Anyway, Nina looks happy. Zac looks healthy and happy. Whatever is going on with them…I hope they’re both doing well and enjoying their Italian vacation.
