10 live shows to catch in Southern California this fall

Southern California never really takes a break from live music — it just changes its rhythm with the season.

As October and November fill the calendar, the region’s venues are stacked with shows that capture fall in their own way: reunions that feel like homecomings, arena pop nights that cut through the early dark, and smaller club dates that thrive in the intimacy of cooler evenings. Whether it’s a full-scale spectacle or a stripped-down set in a room that barely fits a few hundred people, this fall’s lineup reminds us why Southern California continues to be a place where every kind of music finds a stage.

Here are 10 shows coming this fall that prove live music is still the best way to mark the season.

Turnstile – Exposition Park

Turnstile’s Los Angeles stop on Saturday, Oct. 4, feels like a mini-day festival in its own right, bringing hardcore energy, genre-bending sounds, and stacked support over a sprawling park setting. As part of their Never Enough Tour, the Baltimore outfit brings along Amyl & The Sniffers, SPEED, and Jane Remover.

Expect mosh pits, crowd surfing, and maybe a few guests well into the evening — all against the backdrop of Exposition Park’s open lawns, making this one of the more immersive fall shows in Southern California.

When: 7 p.m. October 4, 2025

Where: Exposition Park South Lawn, 700 Exposition Park Dr, Los Angeles

Tickets and more information: General admission tickets start at $84.50 through AXS.com.

Dua Lipa – Kia Forum

Dua Lipa is bringing her Radical Optimism tour to Inglewood this fall, with multiple nights at the Kia Forum in Inglewood starting on Saturday, Oct. 4. Released in 2024, “Radical Optimism” marked her third studio album and leaned into more psychedelic pop textures while still delivering the disco-infused hooks that made her a popular name.

Catching Lipa in October feels especially fitting — her neon-bright stage production and celebratory setlist bring a burst of color to the season, making it an ideal fall night out before the holidays take over.

When: 7:30 p.m. Oct.4-5, 7-8

Where: Kia Forum, 3900 W Manchester Blvd, Inglewood, CA

Tickets and more information: Verified resale tickets are still available via Ticketmaster.com.

There’s something magical about seeing Roan under an early-evening autumn sky: the cooling air, the shifting light, and the soft crowd buzz make for a more personal, emotionally resonant concert moment — a perfect fall night for fans to gather and belt out every lyric.
