Two people were found fatally shot following an apparent murder-suicide inside a Back of the Yards home early Friday, according to Chicago police.
The unidentified victims, a 38-year-old woman and a 44-year-old man, were found when officers responded to a call of a person shot in the 5600 block of South Normal Boulevard, police said.
Both victims suffered a gunshot wound to their heads and were dead on the scene, police said.
A gun was recovered, and Area 1 detectives are investigating.
