At least 1 dead, 4 injured in Denver crash near DIA

At least one person is dead after a Saturday night crash near Denver International Airport that sent four people to the hospital, police said.

Two cars crashed near North Tower Road and Peña Boulevard on Saturday, according to a 7:58 p.m. statement from the Denver Police Department.

Police said four people were taken to the hospital with “serious injuries” but didn’t say how many people were killed in what they dubbed a “fatal traffic crash.”
