Child abuse: Someone left methamphetamine out in a common area of an apartment, where an infant ingested it. At a hospital, an investigation showed the infant had methamphetamine in its system. The suspect was booked into jail.

Battery: During an argument, someone slapped another person in the face and then used high heels to damage that person’s vehicle.
Stalking: Someone followed another person to Campbell from San Francisco and threatened to burn that person’s home down.
Dec. 19
Organized retail theft: Four suspects participated in a shoplifting incident. Officers detained three of them outside the store and arrested them. The fourth suspect was identified and is still at large.
Possession of a controlled substance: Someone camped illegally within 150 feet of the Creek Trail and was under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. A search revealed the presence of drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine. Officers booked the suspect.
