James Logan volleyball player Chelsea Branley is the Bay Area News Group’s girls high school athlete of the week for Nov 3-8.
In online voting that ended at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Branley finished with 44.7% of the vote. Menlo School flag football player Kaelee Wang took second at 44%. Heritage volleyball player Cameron De La Chevrotiere was third.
Congratulations to all the candidates for this week’s recognition.
Branley, a sophomore outside hitter, had 20 kills,15 digs and two aces as the Colts swept San Ramon Valley in the fifth-place game of the North Coast Section Open Division bracket.
