Bears coach Ben Johnson plays security guard in Mannings’ video

Bears coach Ben Johnson was one of 40 people who made a cameo appearance in a 16-minute long video promoting another season of ESPN’s popular “ManningCast.”

In the “Oceans 11”-style short film, Peyton and Eli Manning try to infiltrate the NFL’s offices to find the schedule for their show. Johnson plays a security guard inside the offices — as do Jim and John Harbaugh of the Chargers and Giants, respectively; Titans coach Robert Saleh; Rams coach Sean McVay; Texans coach DeMeco Ryans; Chiefs coach Andy Reid; and former Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel.

Johnson had two lines, which he spoke into a walkie-talkie with commissioner Roger Goodell on the other line.

“I think I just saw them,” Johnson said. “It’s the Mannings.”

Celebrities from outside the NFL world who appeared in the video include Larry David, Anne Hathaway, Paul Rudd, Jon Hamm and Glen Powell.

The “ManningCast” will air alongside the Bears’ Nov. 2 “Monday Night Football” game in Seattle.
