A dead body was found inside a car Sunday morning on the Dan Ryan Expressway near Rate Field, according to Illinois State Police.
Troopers discovered the body while responding to a call for the disabled vehicle around 5 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the expressway near 35th Street, state police said in a statement.
No additional details were shared.
