A man was shot to death in a vehicle Friday afternoon in East Garfield Park.
The victim was a passenger in a vehicle when someone opened fire in the 3800 block of West Adams Street around 5:15 p.m., Chicago police said.
He was struck in the head and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said. He was identified as Cordarryl Cole, 28, by the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
No arrests had been made as of early Friday evening.
