Chipotle Mexican Grill will add a new dip to its menu on Tuesday, June 17.
Adobo Ranch Dip will be made in-house with adobo pepper, sour cream, herbs and spices, according to a news release from the Newport Beach-based chain.
Chipotle is promoting it as a dip for its chips and quesadillas as well as an add-on for its burritos, tacos, bowls and salads.
Rewards members can get it for free on launch day, the news release said. New members have until 11 p.m. on Monday, June 16 to sign up and get the offer added to their account.

The dip was tested last summer at about 50 restaurants in Los Angeles and Columbus, Ohio, according to representatives.
This is Chipotle’s first new dip since it introduced Queso Blanco in 2020.
Chipotle’s menu currently includes a new protein, Chipotle Honey Chicken.
