Congressman Urges Pam Bondi’s Asst AG on Epstein Files, “You Have the Power to Help Make the Case”

Asst. AG Harmeet Dhillon

U.S. Representatives Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Ro Khanna (D-CA) said today that the Justice Department has failed to comply with their Epstein Files Transparency Act, which directed the DOJ to release all of the Epstein Files on Friday.

Khanna said, “This thing is not over until those documents get released.” With Massie, Khanna is drafting articles of impeachment against President Trump’s Attorney General Pam Bondi. (Note: They haven’t decided yet whether to bring the articles. Impeachment would require a majority of the House and two-thirds of the Senate.)

As seen below, Khanna told CNN that there were two key documents the survivors wanted released — “a 60-count indictment before Epstein got his sweetheart deal and an 82-page memo backing it up — but neither are in today’s release.”

Khanna wrote: “I want to hear from MAGA voters who have stood for transparency on the Epstein files. Are you satisfied with the excessive redactions & missing 60 count draft indictment? Or do you want Bondi & Blanchard to release the docs that will hold the Epstein class accountable?”

Khanna heard from several Trump supporters including Sarah Geving, a self-described sex trafficking survivor, who replied: “I am a survivor and Trump voter. I am disgusted and feel betrayed. Please hold everyone accountable. Don’t let the DOJ get away with this.”

Geving added: “This is not a Democrat vs Republican issue. It is a justice issue.”

Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the DOJ, Harmeet Dhillon (who reports to AG Pam Bondi and Deputy AG Todd Blanche), replied to Khanna: “Which victims’ faces and names would you like exposed, @RoKhanna ? Do you know something @TheJusticeDept doesn’t? Or are you just talking trash for political points and to avoid a focus on your party’s top sleazes? Grow up. You are a lawyer, and you know better. — MAGA voter”

Note: No member of Congress has suggested exposing the faces or names of victims.

Khanna replied: “I have always respected you @HarmeetKDhillon even with disagreements. Don’t you think the draft 60 count indictment of Epstein and the 82 page prosecution memo should be released? Redact the names and faces of victims, but release those. You have the power to help make the case.”
