CTA Brown, Green, Orange and Pink line trains won’t be able to access Loop elevated tracks this weekend.
Trains will terminate at stations outside the Loop from 4 a.m. Saturday to 4 a.m. Monday for track repairs to the Wells and Lake junction, according to the CTA.
Shuttle buses will take customers around the affected area.
The work continues maintenance that began last fall with a similar closure.
Orange Line trains will terminate at Roosevelt. Brown Line trains won’t go past the Merchandise Mart.
The Green and Pink lines were already undergoing reroutes through Monday while the city replaces the Lake Street bridge.
This weekend, Pink Line trains will continue to terminate at the Blue Line Racine station. Green Line trains, however, will terminate at either Clinton on the west branch, or at Roosevelt on the south branch.
