Del Taco has dressed up its menu for the end of the year with a helfty new burrito and a new soft drink blend.
The Chipotle Carne Asada Steak Burrito weighs more than half a pound, according to a news release from the Lake Forest fast food chain. It’s made with grilled steak wrapped in a flour tortilla with crinkle-cut fries, beans, cilantro lime rice, sour cream and chipotle sauce. It’s priced around $5.99 and available in a meal with more fries and a soft drink for $10.99-$11.99.
Several other items feature carne asada, including a street taco priced at $2.99, steak fries and variations on the burrito with guacamole, queso and bacon.
Del Taco is also introducing Dirty Del, which is Dr. Pepper mixed with vanilla and topped with a lime wedge.
The featured shake is Birthday Cake, vanilla blended with birthday cake flavor and rainbow sprinkles.
