A woman who called the police after finding a half naked man when she arrived to deliver food ended up being arrested herself.

Olivia Henderson, 23, was shocked to arrive with the order and see the customer with his pants and trousers around his ankles on October 12.

In a TikTok video which went viral, she claimed: ‘My customer requested that my order be left at their front door, and when I arrived at their house, their front door was wide open, and they were within eyesight of the front door, laying on the couch, indecently exposed to me.’

Millions viewed the video she posted on her account @irlmonsterhighdoll, which showed the man as she found him in upstate New York.

She claimed that arriving to see this was a form of sexual assault in the video, which has now been deleted.

The day after the incident, she called police to report indecent exposure.

But officers didn’t see things the same way, and arrested Henderson instead, the New York Post reported.

The paper said Ring camera footage appeared to show that she left herself into the property while the man was passed out, though she insists the door was wide open when she arrived.

Her video ‘indicates that the male was incapacitated and unconscious on his couch due to alcohol consumption,’ police said in a statement.

‘The DoorDash driver subsequently posted the video to social media, where it drew significant attention,’ they added, saying ‘the DoorDash driver had made claims of being sexually assaulted.’

DoorDash is the most popular food delivery app in the US, equivalent to Deliveroo and JustEat in the UK.

Henderson has now been dropped from the platform, who said posting video of a customer in their home was ‘a clear violation of our polices’.

She faces felony charges of unlawful surveillance in the second degree, and dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image in the first degree, and if convicted, she could be jailed for up to eight years.

Henderson, who was released on bail, will appear in court again on December 4.

In a follow-up post about what happened, she said ‘the police, DoorDash, and TiKTok, are all punishing me, a victim.’

DoorDash said in a statement: ‘We’ve seen some tough and sensitive posts over the past few days, and we want to clear the air.

‘No one should ever have to experience sexual assault, harassment, or abuse, and DoorDash never deactivates someone for reporting it full stop.

‘We take these reports incredibly seriously and work closely with law enforcement to investigate and support those affected.

‘In this case, the Dasher let us know about an experience that made them feel unsafe- and that’s exactly what we always want Dashers to do. Our team immediately began investigating and has been in direct contact with law enforcement, and is prepared to fully support any of their efforts.

‘However, posting a video of a customer in their home, and disclosing their personal details publicly, is a clear violation of our policies. That is the sole reason that this Dasher’s account was deactivated, along with the customer’s, while we investigated. We’ve also ensured that the Dasher has full access to their earnings.

‘We know these are sensitive situations, and we want every Dasher to know: if you ever feel unsafe or experience something concerning, come to us. We’re here to listen, act, and support.’
