The Denver Police Department is searching for a white or light-colored pickup truck in connection with a fatal road rage shooting on Saturday in Harvey Park.
Miguel Romero was shot to death following a traffic dispute in the 3000 block of Winona Court, near South Sheridan Boulevard and West Hampden Avenue. Romero was taken to a hospital after the shooting and later died from his injuries, Denver police reported.
The shooting happened at 6:14 p.m. Saturday.
Police say they are looking for a compact pickup, which is similar in size to a Chevrolet Colorado. The suspect vehicle does not have a shell or camper top over the bed, according to the police department’s crime alert posted on X. The pickup may have orange or yellow lights on the front in addition to its headlights.
