A new lawsuit filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs alleges that someone famous in the sports world was instrumental in stopping an assault in progress back in 2022.

An unidentified victim claims he was at a party back in Los Angeles for Ciroc vodka, which Combs used to own, as per court documents viewed by The New York Post.

At one point during the evening, “John Doe,” who works in the luxury car and jewelry rental business, was invited into Combs’ office. There, the plaintiff claims the “intoxicated” rapper began “acting strangely” and stripped down; the hip hopper then “grabbed” the man’s genitals and began “squeezing them in a rough and sexual manner,” the papers read.

As the “shocked and disoriented” guest was “frozen momentarily,” so-called Professional Athlete A entered the office and “intervened,” say documents.

After the anonymous individual’s interruption, John Doe was able to get up and leave.

This new lawsuit is just one in an avalanche of sexual assault accusations against Combs filed weeks after a team of Texas lawyers announced that they would be representing 120 victims.

“The biggest secret in the entertainment industry, that really wasn’t a secret at all, has finally been revealed to the world,” said Tony Buzbee, one of the lead attorneys. “The wall of silence has now been broken.”

The cases span a 20-year period starting in the 2000s. The alleged incidents took place in various cities such as L.A., New York and Miami, where the fallen hip hopper owns homes.

“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” Combs’ attorney, Erica Wolff, said in a statement. “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”

The 54-year-old father of seven remains behind bars without bail at MDC in Brooklyn since being arrested by the feds in September. A court date was set for May 5, 2025.

On Monday, his lawyers tried again to get their famous client free on bail, saying that a “fresh wave of publicity” is endangering his right to a fair criminal trial.
