Disneyland appears to be on pace to continue the trend in 2026 — with 24 dates at the $104 price tag during the first four months of year compared to 16 in 2024 and 15 in 2025 during the same period, according to data provided by MickeyVisit.

Disneyland moved to a demand-based pricing system in 2016 with tickets divided into tiers to help manage attendance and spread visits from peak periods to slower times of the year.

Disneyland has held the cheapest ticket at $104 since 2019 while steadily raising the pricier tickets over the years. The lowest-priced ticket has only risen $5 since 2015 when admission was $99 — the year before the parks moved to the tiered pricing system.

Disneyland’s off-season — when the cheapest $104 tickets typically become available — continues to shrink as the parks add more festivals throughout the year.

The low-priced tickets are usually available during four periods of the year:

Disneyland seems to have tucked some additional $104 dates toward the end of the Food & Wine festival in late February and early March — although dates for the 2026 seasonal events have yet to be announced.

International Theme Park Services CEO Dennis Speigel said the strategic price hikes let more people visit Disneyland at times that better fit their budgets and schedules.

“The pricing alternatives system encourages those seeking the best value to visit during traditionally lower-attendance periods,” Speigel wrote on the ITPS website. “The result benefits everyone — better price, smaller crowds, more comfortable park experiences and allowing a smoother flow of visitors across the calendar year. During the peak visitation periods, believe it or not, elevated pricing will also benefit guests by flattening out the number of visitors attending, providing a better overall stay.”
