ORANGE COUNTY, CALIF. — A preliminary 3.1 magnitude quake rattled close to Corona, about 19.2 miles east-northeast of Riverside, on Tuesday night, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The tremor shook at 11:17 p.m., with its epicenter roughly 6 miles west-southwest of Corona and a depth of 2 miles.
