Football fans rejoice; the 2026 FIFA World Cup is underway, with Scotland winning their first match against Haiti and England facing their first match against Croatia on the June 17.

As the tournament is taking place across the United States, Mexico and Canada, the time difference means many, if not most, of the matches will be taking place late in the evening.

If you’re a fan and will be staying up to watch and support, then O2 Priority has just launched a brilliant new offer with Greggs titled ‘World Cuppa’ to give us an energy boost the following morning.

The day after each Scotland or England match, viewers will be able to pop into their local branch of Greggs between 8-11 AM and get themselves a coffee free of charge to send them on their way and provide a much-needed caffeine fix.

To claim the offer, Virgin Media and O2 customers need to download the Priority app and log in. Then locate the offer in the app, and tap ‘Use Now’, revealing a unique QR code for you to present to the server within 25 minutes of redeeming the reward.

So that you can mark your calendars and set your reminders, here is a list of the upcoming matches:

In addition to this, outside the limited-time offer, Priority members can enjoy a £1 hot drink or a savoury item from Greggs once a week, including a pizza slice, classic Steak Bake or Vegan Roll.

If you’re planning to stay up for every minute of World Cup action, it might be worth setting two alarms: one for kick-off, and one for your free Greggs cuppa the next morning.
