Freebies and fun at Miguel’s Jr., Farmer Boys and Baker’s Drive-Thru

Three Inland quick service chains will have special events in coming days.

Miguel’s Jr. will be marking its 51st anniversary on Friday, July 17, with a giveaway of a Black OG Tee from its merchandise collection. It depicts the chain’s first location at 1039 W. Sixth St., Corona, which opened in 1975 and is still in operation.

Customers who spend $10 on that day can get one T-shirt while supplies last, according to an email blast.

Miguel’s Jr. has new handheld snacks made for dipping

Farmer Boys will be holding a “Scoop Off Challenge” to see who can scoop the most ice cream in 30 seconds at select locations, 2-4 p.m. Saturday, July 18. Guest who make any purchase at the restaurant can participate, according to a news release, and they’ll get to take home all the ice cream they scoop.

Baker’s Drive-Thru will be offering “Shredded Beef” BOGO on Monday, July 20. Customers who order an item with shredded beef can get a second one for free on that day, according to a Facebook post.

Choices include soft tacos, burritos, machaca breakfast burritos and quesadillas.
