Gina Rodriguez was spotted walking her newborn in Los Angeles, California on Saturday afternoon for the first time since giving birth to her first child.
While enjoying a leisurely stroll, the 38-year-old Jane the Virgin star wore a white baby harness strapped to her chest that kept her newborn close.
The first-time mom held her little one’s back tightly and could be seen looking down at her child, who she was holding under a white blanket with farm animals embroidered on it.
For her laid-back performance, the Golden Globe winner wore a black t-shirt, leggings, a pair of Nike trainers, glasses and her wavy brunette locks in a low ponytail.
She and husband Joe Locicero have not publicly announced the arrival of their child, whose gender and name are unknown.

Rodriguez, who first announced she was expecting her 38th birthday in July, was last seen with her baby bump on January 25.
“This birthday is different,” she captioned a video of her holding up a positive pregnancy test.
Gina’s announcement video started with a cute photo of herself and Joe kissing with their dogs in nature, followed by a clip of them cuddling and snuggling their heads in the great outdoors with a snowy mountain in the distance.
Gina is best known for playing the title role on the acclaimed CW series Jane The Virgin from 2014 to 2019.
In 2016, the two met on set and in 2018 she announced that they were engaged. The lovebirds wed in 2019.
Joe has tried a variety of careers including acting and modeling and he has even worked as an MMA fighter.
In January 2016, Gina admitted on The Ellen DeGeneres that her stint as a lead on Jane The Virgin gave her baby fever.
“I have a feeling they’re bringing the baby [playing her son] up to me and my ovaries are like, “Ahhhh come here baby!” she joked to the host.

At the time, she said she was considering adoption to avoid the “whole process” that comes with pregnancy.
‘I want one. So bad. I do, but I don’t want the whole process,” she admitted. “I just want one to come across like the stork talk, right?”
Elsewhere in their conversation, she joked about how she never had to work with crying babies because a new baby actor would come on whenever the one she was holding started crying.
She played the title character in Jane The Virgin, a woman who accidentally gets the wrong procedure at her gynecologist’s office, where she is artificially inseminated.
She can’t believe at first that she could be pregnant since she’s a virgin, and even after coming to terms with the big change in her life, she’s still dealing with her relationship with her longtime boyfriend and the birth father of her child.
The show was a hit with critics and earned Gina a 2015 Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Television Series, Comedy or Musical.
