LA Family Housing’s Homeless Connect Day reached out to people in need at Lanark Recreation Center in Canoga Park on Friday.
Among the participants was Bundles of Kindness, which distributed hygiene kits, snack bags, dog food and treats, menstrual products and other items to homeless people in the area. Project ReWear also provided shoes and clothing to dozens of residents, too.
