Krispy Kreme is selling a dreamsicle version of its Original Glazed doughnuts for one weekend only.
Dreamsicles are novelty ice milk bars with an orange juice flavor on the outside and a vanilla flavor on the inside. The brand name is Creamsicle, a Good Humor product.
Krispy Kreme’s Orange Dreamsicle Original Glazed will be available through Sunday, May 17, at its doughnut shops and drive-thrus only, according to a news release. The chain also delivers some products made in its shops to grocery stores.
Orange Dreamsicle costs about $22.99 per dozen, but customers can get a dozen for $5 with the purchase of any other dozen at regular prices, the news release said. Customers who order online should use the code ORANGE.
Krispy Kreme’s spring lineup is still available for a limited time, including such doughnuts as Banana Pudding and Hershey’s Double Chocolate.
