The Eaton and Palisades fires consumed more than 37,000 acres of homes, businesses and landmarks in Altadena and Pacific Palisades. And both fires rank among the 10 most destructive in California history with nearly 16,000 structures destroyed. Despite the devastation, the real estate market in both areas are providing opportunities for recovery.
