Noteworthy: Washington ran for 84 yards and three touchdowns on 11 carries to anchor the Knights’ 44-28 win over Laguna Beach in the opening round of the Division 3 playoffs. Washington is up to 12 touchdowns this season and nearly 800 yards rushing. He’ll lead Notre Dame into the quarterfinals against Chino Hills at home.
