As Trump continues to assemble his Cabinet of Clowns, much has been made of his nomination of Matt Gaetz to head the Justice Dept.
In light of all the controversy surrounding Gaetz’ (alleged) dalliances with underage teenagers, would Trump decide to withdraw the nomination?
Asked this, his answer was an emphatic “no.”
What a dumb question!
For Trump to withdraw the Gaetz nomination would be admitting that he had made a mistake and, as we all know, Trump NEVER makes a mistake!
Let us hope that the Senate gets its chance to advise and consent on this nomination and that senators have the backbone to say no to dictator wannabe Trump.
And, of course, should Gaetz be rejected, it will not have been due to something that Trump did or said, but that “someone else” did or said.
