London-bound Air India flight ‘cancelled last minute over technical issues’

An Air India plane from Ahmedabad to London has been cancelled a week after flight AI171 crashed, killing as many as 270 people.

The flight was cancelled today due to ‘technical issues’, but no update has been given since.

CNN News18 reported that the plane had arrived from Delhi and was due to depart for London.
