
Detectives have launched a murder investigation in Kent after a man in his 30s was stabbed to death.
Police rushed to a block of flats in Augustine Road, Gravesend to reports of a disturbance involving a group of men and women at 10.20pm on Tuesday.
The group, including the critically injured man, had fled the scene before police arrived.
A short time later, a man in his 30s was taken to a local hospital with injuries consistent with stab wounds.

He died whilst being treated.
A 33-year-old man from Gravesend was arrested in connection with the killing on Wednesday.
A murder investigation is now underway with cordons in place in Augustine Road.
Detectives are appealing to any witnesses and dashcam or CCTV footage of the killing.
The murder came as a man was killed on the Isle of Sheppey in nearby Leysdown-on-Sea.
Alexander Cashford, 49,was allegedly hit on the head with stones on Sunday.
It has since emerged that Mr Cashford had an ankle monitor fitted after following a young woman home from work and posting a chocolate bar and letter through her letterbox at 1am.
