A 48-year-old man was robbed and stabbed on a CTA train Thursday morning in Fuller Park, Chicago police said.
He was on a Red Line train about 11:40 a.m. near the 200 block of West 47th Street when three unknown people approached him and demanded his belongings. One of the people pulled out a sharp object, according to police. The man fought the three others and suffered a puncture wound to his back. He was taken to University of Chicago Medical Center in stable condition.
The three people fled the scene with the victim’s belongings. No one has been arrested, police said.
