A man was injured after a shooting in Auburn Gresham Friday afternoon, according to Chicago police.
The man, 63, was in front of a residence in the 7800 block of South Emerald Avenue at 5:23 p.m. when a silver vehicle drove up and someone inside started shooting, police said. The man was wounded in one leg and taken to St. Bernard Hospital in serious condition.
No one is in custody.
