A man was shot in North Lawndale Wednesday afternoon, according to Chicago police.
The 56-year-old man was near the sidewalk in the 1200 block of South Harding Avenue at 5:50 p.m. when he was shot in the thigh, police said. He was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital in critical condition.
No one is in custody.
