The three are known to frequent Bristol, the West Midlands, Leicestershire, Leeds, Bradford, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, police said.
The public has been urged not to approach them and to report any sightings to police.
Earlier this year, a convicted murderer who escaped prison and was on the loose for three days was finally found.
Raymond McCourt, 59, was reported missing from HMP Castle Huntly in Dundee, with police warning people not to approach him.
Luckily, he was found in Edinburgh and returned to prison. McCourt was jailed for life in 1993 after murdering shopkeeper Khalid Mahmood while attempting to rob his newsagents.
