A newly elected councillor for Reform has featured in dozens of gay porn videos under the alias ‘Lachlan Taylor UK’.
Stephen Mousdell was elected as a councillor for Haydock, St Helens, but an investigation found he appeared to engage in public sex acts online.
There is no criminal wrongdoing alleged, but the Common Law says that a sexual act in public would constitute ‘Outraging Public Decency’.
The Councillor’s OnlyFans account describes him as a ‘gay pornstar and DJ’ and asks people to reach out for collaboration, LBC discovered.
On X, where his profile picture shows him wearing a military outfit, he describes himself as being 5ft 7ins tall, with size eight feet and an 8.5 inch appendage. His profile banner lists Tradie, Army, Biker, Chav and Scally.

He also says he is into ‘workies’, ‘truckers’ ‘bears’, and ‘stocky blokes’.
One user said: ‘Don’t care about the porn star thing. The fact he is supporting reform is what’s disgusting.’
A Reform spokesperson said: ‘While Cllr Mousdell’s lifestyle choices may not be to everyone’s taste, he has not broken the law. What consenting adults do in their private lives is their own business.
‘The electorate were fully aware of Cllr Mousdell’s lifestyle choices weeks before the election and still decided to elect Stephen as their councillor.
‘Cllr Mousdell is an asset to his local community, even receiving the St Helens Mayor’s Good Citizen Award for his services to the borough.’
Since gaining seats in the recent election, some elected Reform UK officials have faced public scrutiny.
One councillor who was accused of making racist posts on social media resigned from his post days after he was voted in.
Stuart Prior – who has also been expelled from the party – was elected just last week as a Reform UK councillor for Essex County Council and for Rochford District Council.
The campaign group Hope Not Hate found posts allegedly made by Prior, which described white people as ‘the master race’ who have ‘larger brains’.
Prior previously denied making the comments and being racist, but has not made a statement since his expulsion.
Another newly elected councillor for Reform was suspended after ‘bringing the party into disrepute’ by failing to declare social media posts hailing the Nazis as visionaries.
Nathaniel Menday, who calls himself an ‘ethno-nationalist,’ has been elected to Sheffield City Council for the Woodhouse ward.
He was exposed by The Times for making an antisemitic comment and describing the Nazis as ‘real visionaries’.
In 2023, he suggested on a deleted X account that ‘Jewish people in the West’ are responsible for the antisemitism they suffer as they ‘overwhelmingly favour open borders’.
He also shared a picture of Berlin’s Olympiastadion, built by Nazi Germany for the 1936 Olympics, and said: ‘Whichever group of people built this must have been real visionaries!’
He also shared pictures of swastikas, Adolf Hitler’s book Mein Kampf and the Sonnenrad, or ‘sun wheel’.
Menday previously told The Times: ‘I am not antisemitic nor do I have any Nazi sympathies. I have flirted with what could reasonably be referred to as ‘far-right ideology’, but ultimately I have come to reject its core tenets.
‘I am passionate about my country but I am and always have been motivated by love, not hate.’
