Newsweek has recognized Panorama City and Woodland Hills medical centers among 13 Kaiser Permanente hospitals in Southern California as being on its America’s Best Maternity Hospitals 2026 list for exception patient care.
High-quality maternity care, provided from pregnancy through birth and postpartum, is key to the long-term health of newborns and women who give birth, said Kaiser Permanente officials in a press release.

In addition to Panorama City and Woodland Hills, Kaiser Permanente hospitals in Anaheim, Baldwin Park, Downey, Fontana, Irvine, Los Angeles, Ontario, Riverside, San Diego, South Bay and West Los Angeles medical centers were recognized for excellence in maternity care.
