Nike, Converse Launch ‘Stranger Things’ Collection For Netflix Hit’s Final Season

Nike and Converse are walking into the Upside Down with a limited-edition footwear and apparel collection in partnership with Netflix’s Stranger Things in celebration of the show’s fifth and final season.

The collaboration features exclusive shoe styles designed to evoke the series’ nostalgic 1980s setting in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana. Leading the collection is a Nike Dunk Low, released earlier in November, featuring worn leather, stained laces, and Upside Down logos to simulate an aged appearance.

Now the footwear lineup has expanded with retro expressions of the Nike Field General High, Air Max 1, and LD-1000, which incorporate show-specific detailing and custom packaging.

Converse contributes two key styles. The Chuck 70 model features a distressed canvas upper with WSQK radio station graphics and a “Beam Me Up, This Place Sucks” graphic liner—a reference to the slogan found on Robin Buckley’s beloved sweater. Details include a rubber chicken keychain and a Demogorgon star on the Chuck patch. The Converse Weapon features a new colorway inspired by its 1984 debut, with premium leather and sock liner prints featuring Vecna and the Mind Flayer.

The collection also includes a suite of Nike apparel, such as a tracksuit that blends a vintage 1980s athletic look with contemporary sportswear. A classic crewneck sweatshirt features the catchphrase “Friends Don’t Lie.”

This is the second collaboration between Nike and Stranger Things following a two-part 2019 collection. The new collection is available at nike.com, converse.com, SNKRS, and select retailers. The tracksuit will be exclusively sold at JD Sports.
