GRAND THEFT: 3:30 p.m. at Laser Away on Los Gatos Boulevard. A man took products and left to his vehicle.
Oct. 25
BATTERY: 12:52 a.m. at Carry Nations on North Santa Cruz Avenue. A man refused to leave the bar and spit on the caller and flicked cigarettes at him.
STOLEN VEHICLE: 9:31 a.m. at University Avenue and Elm Street. A white Toyota Camry was taken sometime overnight. The caller said they parked the car at 9 p.m. the previous night and returned at 1 a.m. and the car was gone. Both keys were accounted for.
VEHICLE ACCIDENT: 1:02 a.m. at Lark Avenue and Los Gatos Boulevard. Three cars were involved in a vehicle collision, with one of the parties reporting minor injuries. A black BMW SUV, a red sedan and a gray Honda CRV collided. The BMW driver reported injuries, saying they were crying and shaking and their arm was bruised.
