Former San Francisco Giants right fielder Hunter Pence is selling his new Malibu mansion for $39 million.

Pence, who won two World Series titles with the Giants (2012, 2014), retired in 2020. He now covers his former team as an analyst for the MLB Network and spends most of his time in San Francisco, hence the property sale.
Pence bought the home in 2016 while still playing with the Giants, but has made substantial upgrades completed this year.
The 7,356-square-foot mid-century modern-style home has five bedrooms and six-and-a-half baths. There are panoramic ocean views from floor-to-ceiling sliding glass windows or the wraparound deck. Other amenities include an infinity pool, a media room, and an outdoor kitchen.
Linda Joy Kanner with Compass holds the listing.
“Building this home was all about creating a private retreat where my family could slow down, recharge, and enjoy everything this community has to offer. My hope is that whoever steps into it, makes their own unforgettable memories here,” said Pence in a statement.
