Dozens of people attended a protest Friday morning at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Broadview.
Several protesters were dressed in Halloween costumes. Illinois State Police troopers were passing out candy, which most protesters refused with some chanting, “Don’t take candy from strangers.”
