See the Disney Princess concert filmed at Disneyland

The voices of Disney Princesses sang iconic songs from their animated films in a one-of-a-kind concert filmed at the Disneyland resort for an upcoming Disney+ TV show.

The “Disney Princess: The Ultimate Concert Celebration” was recorded on Thursday, Aug. 13 during a pair of live shows in the World of Color viewing area at Disney California Adventure.

The Disney Princess singers included Auli’i Cravalho (Animated Moana), Catherine Laga’aia (Live Action Moana), Anika Noni Rose (Animated Tiana), Jodi Benson (Animated Ariel), Halle Bailey (Live Action Ariel), Paige O’Hara (Animated Belle), Susan Egan (Original Belle on Broadway), Judy Kuhn (Singing voice of animated Pocahontas), Brandy (Live action Cinderella) and Lea Salonga (Singing voice of animated Mulan and Jasmine).

The songs included “A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes” (“Cinderella”), “Belle” (“Beauty and the Beast”), “Part of That World” (“The Little Mermaid”), “How Far I Go” and “Along the Way” (“Moana”), “Whole New World” (“Aladdin”), “Reflection” (“Mulan”), “Colors of the Wind” (“Pocahontas”), “Almost There” (“Princess and the Frog”) and “When You Wish Upon a Star” (“Pinocchio”).

Disneyland and DCA visitors joined a virtual queue at noon on Thursday to be part of the audience for the twin shows at 8:30 and 9:45 p.m.

The filmed-for-television concert will be released on Sunday, Aug. 16 on Disney+, Disney Channel, Freeform and ABC.

Disney did not announce the lineup of talent in advance of the Disney Princess concert.
